I have been doing some looking around and searching other websites for other bloggers like me. I am just looking for more people doing home improvements to see how they are doing them, maybe get some ideas/tips and so on. One I ran accross is Build my first home which is on the same ideas as mine. He has tons of pics of each phase of construction he is doing. If anyone is interested its worth checking out.

Don't be afraid to shop around like go to Lowes to see if they have cheaper prices.
