Well the bank is still making us do stupid stuff, they have not given us an answer on weather or not they will give us the money off to fix the furnace. We have extended the contract till the end of the month. Hopefully that will be enough time.
This is starting to get frustrating and we both just want to be in our house. :(

So sorry about your frustrating house buying experience. I hope you have talked them WAY down in price; just not right if you have some major systems to replace.
